INVITATION TO BID FOR THE:

PURCHASE OF FARM TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT

Public Bidding No. 2025-02

Funding Source: GAA 2025 (Pag-abot)

1. The BLGU Brgy. Libertad (Pob.) Gamay, Northern Samar, through the GAA 2025 (Pag-abot) intends to apply the sum of Php115,350.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for 2025-02- Purchase of Farm Tools and Equipment at Brgy. Libertad (Pob.) Gamay, Northern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BLGU Brgy. Libertad (Pob.) Gamay, Northern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 1 year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
