1. The Local Government Unit-San Emilio, through the R.A 7171 (AO-2024-08) intends to apply
the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Twenty-two Thousand Seven-Hundred Sixty-Seven
Pesos (P 10,522,767.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for the following projects;
