1) The MUNICIPALITY OF MATAASNAKAHOY through the 5% LDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY ( 2,999,500.00)being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Extrication Tools and Equipment for emergency response operations of MDRRMO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The MUNICIPALITY OF MATAASNAKAHOY now invites bids for Purchase of Extrication Tools and Equipment for emergency response operations of MDRRMO. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 calendar days expected contract duration].
