1. The Local Government Unit of Cortes, through the FY 2025 General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Three Pesos Only. ( Php 490,963.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Purchase of equipment for the Provision of pre-harvest facility for Swisa. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
