1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, TRUST FUND-DIVISION MEET 2025 intends to apply the sum of SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (Php 68,150.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF ENERGY DRINK FOR 5TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT [GOODS-SVP-2025-02-022]. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of offers.
