  1. BARANGAY OLD CABALAN, through its 2025 Approved Supplemental Budget, invites bids for the PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY TRANSPORT VEHICLE with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1,700,000.00), and any bid exceeding the ABC will be automatically disqualified during the bid opening.
  2. The project involves the PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY TRANSPORT VEHICLE to be completed within 45 calendar days, requiring bidders to have successfully completed a similar contract in the past, with eligibility detailed in Section II: Instructions to Bidders.
