BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC)

INVITATION TO BID

The Municipality of Cordova, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply
the sum of Five Hundred One Thousand Pesos (PhP501,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Purchase of Emergency Service Equipment for Cordova Primary Health Care Facility. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipality of Cordova-BAC now invites bids for the supply of equipment. Delivery of goods is required within thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed, within thirty (30) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
