This is a Reposting of Lot 1 from Purchase of Emergency Response Tactical Gears with PhilGEPS Reference number 12298419, which was declared a failure of bidding due to no bids received. The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of seven hundred sixty four thousand nine hundred twenty five pesos (Php 764,925.00) only for Lot 1, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Purchase of Emergency Response Tactical Gears for Lot 1 Only . Bids received in excess of each item/lot of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
