Invitation to Bid for the Purchase of Emergency Response Tactical Gears
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of seven hundred sixty four thousand nine hundred twenty five pesos (Php 764,925.00) only for Lot 1, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Purchase of Emergency Response Tactical Gears . Bids received in excess of each item/lot of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Industrial Safety Equipment to be used for the Emergency Response. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 45 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
