In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Municipality of Payao through Bids and Awards Committee invite suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Projects, “PURCHASE OF EMERGENCY KIT, MAT AND KITCHEN UTENSILS” in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

The Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 100,000.00 from Supplemental Budget CY 2024.
