1. The LGU-General Mamerto Natividad, Nueva Ecija, through the 2025 General Fund-PhilHealth Capitation Fund, intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-one Pesos Only (₱ 2,199,251.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the said project. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall Be automatically rejected at bid opening.
