CAPITAL OUTLAY - Wi-Fi Duplex All-in-One Ink Tank Printer

PROPOSED Purchase of Eight (8) Units of WiFi Duplex All-in-One Ink Tank Printer for the use in the Bureau of the Treasury Regional Office IX and its Provincial Offices.

A. OBJECTIVE

The project calls for the Purchase of Eight (8) Unit of WiFi Duplex All-in-One Ink Tank Printer for the following reasons:

1. To provide Colored printer for the use in the above mentioned office in the printing of documents especially Fidelity Bond Confirmation Letters, ATAPs, Certification of confirmation of Deposits and other documents.
2. Having additional back up printer is essential to our Office considering that our Regional Office and Provincial Offices across the region printers were almost to its unserviceable state.

B. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

The Bureau of the Treasury IX undertakes to provide Colored & amp; Black/White PRINTER to be able to smoothly cope with BTr official day to day transactions.
