Invitation to Bid for the purchase of educational supplies

1.The LGU-San Jorge, Samar, through General Funds intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Six Pesos (Php 117,796.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Educational Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
