  Purchase of Dual 12 MP Portable Radar Speed Detector for the use of MBDA in the enforcement of SPEEDING Ordinance No. 04, Series of 2016, Bataan
  
  1) The Provincial Government of Bataan, through the General Fund0142026 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 4,300,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Dual 12 MP Portable Radar Speed Detector for the use of MBDA in the enforcement of SPEEDING Ordinance No. 04, Series of 2016, Bataan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Provincial Government of Bataan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
