INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE DRUGS & MEDICINES TO PROVIDE DEWORMING SERVICES FOR CHILDREN PROGRAM UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 40-2025-08-1429
1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the CHO Special Program - CHO 2025 Deworming Program - Drugs and Medicines approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos Only (PhP 1,199,937.00) for being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
