Description : The Barangay Government of Old Cabalan, Olongapo City invites eligible suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the Purchase of Drugs and Medicine with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 840,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
The procurement covers the supply and quarterly delivery of various drugs and medicines intended for barangay health services, in accordance with the Technical Specifications and Section VI - Schedule of Requirements of the Bidding Documents.
Delivery of goods shall be made within the first week of each quarter of Calendar Year 2026, specifically for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters, with the final delivery not later than 31 October 2026, to Barangay Old Cabalan, Olongapo City.
Payment shall be made on a quarterly basis, after complete delivery for the quarter, inspection and acceptance of the delivered items, and submission of complete supporting documents, in accordance with Commission on Audit (COA) rules and regulations.
