1. The Municipal Government of San Jacinto, through the AB CY 2025 / GF-MOOE intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Forty Pesos & 63/100 (P984,340.63) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Drugs and Medicines:

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
