1. The Municipal Government of Leyte, using a single-year for a duration of 1 year Framework Agreement, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Five Hundred Ninety Four Pesos (Php1, 495,594.00) for the Purchase of Drugs and Medicines, for Municipal Office Use (1st to 4th quarter), being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The Municipal Government of Leyte now invites bids for the Purchase of Drugs and Medicines. Delivery of the Goods is required after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
