Purchase of Drugs and Medicine use for MHO Patients Treatment (3rd Quarter)

1. The Municipality of Compostela, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and Eighty Centavos (P1,249,999.80) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase of Drugs and Medicine use for MHO Patients Treatment (3rd Quarter) with Project Identification No. 2025-101. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Compostela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 Working Days Upon Receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
