INVITATION TO BID FOR
Purchase of Drugs and Medicine use for Animal Bite Patient

1. The Municipality of Compostela, through the Animal Bite Management Program CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase of Drugs and Medicine use for Animal Bite Patient with Project Identification No. 2025-031. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Compostela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 10 Working Days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
