MUNICIPALITY OF MADRIDEJOS

Invitation to Bid for Purchase of Drug Testing Kit including services/labor for LGU Random Drug Test

1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the SPA-MADAC Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Pesos and 00/000 (Php 252,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Drug Testing Kit including services/labor for LGU Random Drug Test - MAD 046-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Madridejos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) days after receipt of PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
