1) The Schedule of Bidding Activities is available at the BAC Office, City Annex Compound, Brgy. Zapote, City of Binan, Laguna. Please look for the following for inquiries:
a) Atty. Eduardo M. Arriba - City General Services Officer/BAC Chairman
b) Ms. Vivienne P. Belizario - BAC Secretariat
2) Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the New Government Procurement Act or RA 12009.
3) Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperative and partnerships or organizations with at least 60% interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
4) The City Government of Binan reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with RA 12009, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
