Invitation to Bid for the
Purchase of DOLE-TUPAD Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

1. The Municipal Government of Palanas has received funds from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) under Livelihood and Emergency Employment Program of GAA CY 2024 and intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 218,750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of DOLE-TUPAD Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (see Technical Specifications). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Palanas now invites bids for the Purchase of DOLE-TUPAD Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Delivery of the Goods is required for Seven (7) working days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
