INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Brgy. San Vicente, Malitbog, Southern Leyte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract:

PURCHASE OF DISASTER SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT - ₱134,695.54

1.Prospective bidders should possess a valid license applicable for the contract.

2.The eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids will use the non-discretionary “Pass/Fail” criteria.

3.A complete set of Bidding Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon submission of the Letter of Intent (LOI) and payment of a non-refundable fee of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (₱500.00)
