Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Purchase of Disaster Equipment/ Materials/Supplies and Inventories
The Municipality of San Juan through the GENERAL FUND - 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS (Php.1,145,970.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Disaster Equipment/ Materials/Supplies and Inventories /00025-0000030. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of San Juan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
