1. The Municipality of Compostela, through the (General Fund, 5% Calamity Fund, Peace & Order Fund & 20% Development Fund C.Y 2025) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Three Hundred Forty-One Pesos and Ninety-Five Centavos Only (P2,394,341.95) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase of Diesel for Various Light & Heavy Equipment for the Utilization on Different Project and Programs of LGU Compostela (3rd Quarter) with Project Identification No. 2025-106. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
