4. PRICE VALIDITY SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF 30 CALENDAR DAYS FROM DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION.
5. For submission with the price quotation or upon receipt of a notification from the procuring entity, the following shall be attached.
a. Valid Mayors Permit
b. TAX Clearance Certificate
c. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate
6. Bid security of 2% under manager`s Check/ Bank Guarantee or 5% for Surety Bond of ABC is required.
