1. The Local Government Unit of Bagabag, through the 2025-20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Vegetable Seeds LGU, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Bagabag now invites bids for the Purchase & Delivery of Vegetable Seeds LGU, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Delivery of the project is required by fifteen (15) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
