PURCHASE & DELIVERY OF TWENTY-FIVE (25) UNITS WATER PUMPS
LGU, BAGABAG, NUEVA VIZCAYA

1. Unit of Bagabag, through the 2025 Supplemental Fund No. 1 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (2,004,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Twenty Five (25) Units Water Pump LGU, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU of Bagabag now invites bids for the Purchase & Delivery of Twenty Five (25) Units Water Pump LGU, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Delivery of the project is required by fifteen (15) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
