1. Full payment shall be made per item upon successful inspection and acceptance of the installed item, in accordance with the approved technical requirements and plans.
2. No substitution or change of specification and brand shall be allowed. (if any)
3. Delivery and installation shall be carried out from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
4. All illuminated items shall be covered by a six (6) - month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, reckoned from the date of inspection and acceptance.
5. Shall be delivered and installed:
Items 1-3: To be delivered and installed within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order, or earlier.
