Purchase & Delivery of Grocery Packs

1. The Local Government of Dinalupihan, through the Local Government Unit Operating Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php19,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Grocery Packs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Dinalupihan now invites bids for Purchase & Delivery of Grocery Packs. Delivery is Ten days (10) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. The prospective bidder must have completed, within the period specified in the Invitation to Bid, an SLCC that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices, must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC...
