PB 2025-35

1. The Local Government of Dinalupihan, through the Local Government Unit Operating Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos Only (Php559,376.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Grocery Items III. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Dinalupihan now invites bids for Purchase & Delivery of Grocery Items III. Delivery is seven days (7) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
