  1. The City Government of Surigao through the Bids and Awards Committee invites supplier to submit bids for the following contracts:
  
  ITB No: 2024-Goods-060
  Contract Name: Purchase & Delivery of General Merchandise for use in Christmas Bazaar at City Public Market (LOT A - E)
  Contract Location: CMO, Surigao City
  Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): 1,337,400.00
  
  Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Surigao now invites bids for the above Procurement Projects. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
