1. The Local Government Unit of Bagabag, through the GENERAL & GAD Fund intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED FIFTY EGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY SIXTY PESOS (₱958,950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Drugs & Medicines & Medical Supplies LGU, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU of Bagabag now invites bids for the Purchase & Delivery of Drugs & Medicines & Medical Supplies, LGU, Bagabag Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya. Delivery of the project is required by fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
