1. The Local Government of Dinalupihan, through the Local Government Unit Operating Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos Only (Php630,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Big Ass Fan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
