1. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the PSWDO Donations intends to apply the sum of PhP21,857,550.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase & Delivery of Assorted Medicines for the Medicine Assistance Program for Ilocos Sur Indigents (MAPISI) Program-PGIS-024-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 Calendar Days.
