INVITATION TO BID FOR
Purchase, Delivery and Installation for rehabilitation of Public Address

1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pinabacdao, through the 2024 Supplemental Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase, Delivery and Installation for rehabilitation of Public Address. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Local Government Unit (LGU) of Parasanon, Pinabacdao, Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
