TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Project duration is 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
2. The service provider will delivery, install, configure, and test the air-conditioning units per Centers and Residential Care Facilities.
3. Installation of the new ACU includes at least 10-30 feet of piping. In addition, wiring of the New ACU and a circuit breaker of at least 30AMPS or as determined by the service provider shall be included in the project.
4. The service provider will also dismantle the existing ACU per CRCF. Affected areas during the installation of the new ACU and dismantling of old ACU will be restored by the service provider.
5. The service provider shall abide with the provision of DOLE AO No. 13 at strictly adhere with the Occupational Health and Safety procedures.
6. Warranty: at least 6 months for the ACU unit and at least 3-5 year for the compressor
