Purchase of Customized Hearing Aids et al for the Provision of Assistive Devices for the Use of PSWDO

1. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 22 series of 2023, dated 01 December 2023 (Special Purpose Appropriations) intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Two Pesos Only (Php1,277,672.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NS-11-05-24-02: Purchase of Medical Equipment - Stationary Digital Radiography for the Use of NSPH. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 Calendar Days.
