INVITIATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

All interested bidders are invited to Pre-qualify and participate in sealed bidding for the PURCHASE OF CRUDE OIL (LDRRMO) OLUTANGA MUNICIPALITY,Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
You may submit your letter of intent (LOI) at the office of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)
Secretariat at the Municipal Assessor (MAO) office, LGU-Olutanga,
Zamboanga Sibugay, from DEC 12, 2025 to DEC 29, 2025. Bid documents will be available only
to the prospective
bidders upon payment of a non-refundable
Amount of Php 10,000.00 at the Municipal Treasurer-s Office, LGU-Olutanga, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Bids will be on DEC 31 ,2025@ 2:00 pm at the BAC Office, Municipal Hall.

Approved budgetary cost: Php 447,796.00 (Total ABC)
