Invitation to Bid for
PURCHASE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR ROAD CONCRETING ALONG MABOLO I

1. The Barangay Hilaan, Bontoc, Southern Leyte, through the LGU BONTOC FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Three & 95/100 Pesos Only (Php 362,773.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Construction Materials for Road Concreting along Mabolo I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Hilaan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
