  1. The Barangay Bulatok, through the Barangay Economic Development Fund (20% EDF 2026), funds for the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for PURCHASE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TOILET. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
  
  2. The Barangay Bulatok now invites Bids for “PURCHASE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TOILET at Barangay Bulatok, Pagadian City. Completion of the works is required Forty (30) Calendar Days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have Completed within Five (5) Years from the date of Submission and receipt of Bids, a Contract similar to the Subproject. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in section II.
