Invitation to Bid

For the Purchase of Materials use for the Improvement of Multi- purpose Hall.

1. The Barangay Malo, Bansud Oriental Mindoro, purchase of Materials use the Improvement of Multi-purpose Hall amounting of P102,320.00 (102,320.00) being the approved budget for the implementation of the above stated project through the Budget from 20% Development fund General Appropriation Act of Republic Act No. 11975.

2. The Barangay Malo now invites bid for the Purchase of Materials use for the Improvement of Multi-purpose hall. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using noon- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the implementing rules and regulations (IRR) if Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), other known as the “Government Procurement Act”.
