Description : GOODS-2025-06-016 PURCHASE OF COMPUTER SET WITH PRINTER FOR RHU OF MINGLANILLA, CEBU

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED PESOS (P 720,100.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for COMPUTER SET WITH PRINTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within THIRTY (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed at least one (1) contract that is equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
