Procurement will be conducted under Section 52. (b) (Shopping) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Only sealed bids/quotations from eligible bidders will be opened and a contract will only be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation.

Opening of Price Quotations shall be on JANUARY 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Mayor's Conference Room, 2nd Floor Municipal Building of Taft, Eastern Samar.
