Purchase of Computer Desktop and Laptop to be used by different offices of the Municipal Government

1) The Municipality of Mataasnakahoy, Batangas, through the Capital Outlay 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHTY FIVE PESOS ONLY (1,085,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Computer Desktop and Laptop to be used by different offices of the Municipal Government. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Municipality of Mataasnakahoy, Batangas now invites bids for Purchase of Computer Desktop and Laptop to be used by different offices of the Municipal Government. Delivery of the Goods is required 45 calendar days contract duration. Bidders should have completed, at least [insert relevant period] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
