INVITATION TO BID FOR

PURCHASE OF COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

1. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan, through the Trust Fund - MDRRM CY 2023 as per Supplementatl Appropriation Ordinance No. 03 Series of 2023 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP3,900,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of Community Health Care Management System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project which includes the following to wit;
