Description : 1. The Barangay Old Cabalan, Olongapo City, through its FY 2026 Approved Budget, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (₱120,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), for the Procurement of Communication Equipment under Project ID BOC-GOODS-2026-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Old Cabalan now invites bids for the Procurement of Communication Equipment consisting of handheld communication devices and necessary accessories suitable for barangay operations. The equipment must be brand new, complete, and operational upon delivery.
3. Delivery of the goods shall be completed on or before June 1, 2026.
4. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion in accordance with Republic Act No. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.
5. Prospective bidders must have completed a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
