Description : The Bids and Awards Committee of Barangay Miligan now invites 1st bid for the above-mentioned project.

The pre-bid conference shall be opened to the interested parties who have purchased the bidding documents. A complete set of bidding documents can be purchased by the interested parties who have purchased by the interested bidders starting February 18, 2025 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Barangay Miligan upon payment of a non-refundable fee for the bidding documents in the amount of P500.00. it may be downloaded free of charge form the website of the Government Policy Board 9www.gppb.gov.ph) provided that the bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for Bidding Documents not later the submission of bids.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representative who chooses to attend at the given address. Late bids shall be accepted. The deadline for submission of bids must not be later than 5:00 PM, February 28,2025. the opening of bids will proceed immediately after the time for the deadline of submission of bids as indicated above.

The Head of Procuring Entity (HOPE) reserves the right to reject any or all bids and will declare the bidding a failure...
