MUNICIPALITY OF MADRIDEJOS

Invitation to Bid for Purchase of communication devices and equipment used for search and rescue operations

1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the Unexpended LDRRMF Balances (CY 2024 & 2019-2023) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos and 00/000 (Php 592,750.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of communication devices and equipment used for search and rescue operations - MAD 080-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Madridejos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) days after receipt of PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
